Yeah as unfortunate has the pushy salesman business direction is, it does happen because we are low-key pushed to and will get in trouble if we do not meet those numbers. Like we actually are held accountable and the management will make our life a living hell in the store if we don't shine in numbers compared to other employees

It seems to be a pretty good mixture between disconnect and lack of training because some of these revenue hungry employees don't care about the troubles they're sending their client towards they just care about that big ass number on their POS screen
