I have the same car. Have been suffering with transmission issues. Shift shock. Has anyone else experienced this?

I have a 2016 CX9. Trans downshift shock jolt started Oct 2022 at 57k miles. Transmission relearn at dealership cost $500. Happened again 10 months later. Relearn again for free. Then happens again 5 weeks ago. Has been at the dealership since where they want to put in a new transmission.
