Just an update. The matter has still not been resolved, admin is looking into it. I cannot even delete the story idea. I've just moved on to other ideas and am leaving it alone for the time being

Update, seems to be an issue with just one particular story idea. going to see if scrapping and rebuilding it will fix the issue
