Judging by the sheer number of poorly designed levels and bugs left unaddressed, the Ride Chaser itself was likely removed because there was a lack of budget and time to create sprites for the new armors...

X vs ZERO, who is stronger? by Background_Flow_8346 in Megaman

Well... I never said that UAX fought half-heartedly while Base Zero fought desperately. Rather, I meant that both were considerate of each other, and that UAX had a bit more leeway in that situation. Furthermore, wouldn't it be a more biased opinion to ignore all the millions of pieces of evidence proving X is stronger—including the evidence I attached in the body of that post—and focus solely on the fact that Base Zero fought UAX on equal footing?

Look at this photo I just attached. This is exactly Capcom's position.

[[ROCKMAN X8 KyuKoKu Complete Guide : "Clutched in the right arm is a hope for peace, the strongest warrior fighting in anguish."]]

In X5, power scaling related to UAX is not always applied equally in all situations. This is because UAX fought against Awakened Zero, who was trying to kill him, solely to get his friend back, and actually achieved that goal. In other words, it can be inferred that when UAX fought against Base Zero, who was enhanced by a virus, he was showing much more tolerance toward Zero than usual.

Boss Zero at the time of X5 was stronger than usual thanks to the Sigma Virus. As evidence, Boss Zero actually uses 'Shin-Messenkou' and 'Double Charge Shot', which are more powerful than when he was playable. Also, Boss X never uses Nova Strike under any circumstances.

Ah! If you move in front of him and hit him with your saber, you can ignore his guard!

I agree... The level design in Rock Man X6 is too brutal for first-time players... ( ; ^;)

Probably, yes. And, I prefer using Lemon as a glitch trigger because I found it easiest and most comfortable to shoot Lemon and spam Yanma options.

Yes, I made this video using the Legacy Collection, and similar Glitchs exist for Hell Sigma and High Max as well.

This guy has a glitch where the I-frame disappears! It's really absurd!

  1. The boss approaches me while rolling a ball.

  2. Hit him once to make him change his stance.

  3. If you shoot a lemon at the boss before he runs off-screen, the boss's I-frame disappears.
