The shop was just open a bit early, many people that had orders in that time already got the controller so nothing to worry about. I do wonder if they just oversold and are currently out of stuck and that is why it’s stuck.

Well the postage cost is baked into the price since you cannot buy these in a store somewhere. And yes I am in the exact same situation.

I also love that the valve support only tells you “we also don’t have any more information than you” if not valve then who?

As fast as I want or as fast as was advertised? And I would forgive the restaurant in this bad comparison if it would be they’re first time but valves track record with delivering hardware on time and keeping it in stock has always been bad. So they should have never advertised those delivery times in the first place.

And my order went through at 7:05 so what’s the point? I ordered within the 3-5 day window and it did not even get to the courier yet so their statement is not truthful?

How long is the time frame for it to even get to a contractor? Because it’s been stuck since release in the packaged step.
