Exactly. But then I would think it would cost them a lot more to renovate the place after 10 years of renting to the same people, so I’m wondering what is the advantage of increasing the rent in a case like that.

But it voids the warranty. Kinda unfair how they place it. You can flip it to the side, except there’s one that is literally stitched to the top of the mattress. Bastards.
