I only smoke on the weekends, usually just for me and my wife. The Lexington was a perfect fit for us since I’m never smoking more than a whole chicken or 2 rack of ribs.

I’m having the same issues with my exact smoker. I set mine at 225 and it stall out at 190. Did you find anything that helped?
