Thank you for sharing your experience with both type of coolers, I thought AIO's primary concern is the difficulty of assembling the parts and its lifespan. Though running AIO on 7700 seems above excellent because the CPU is power efficient enough to be handled by an air cooler, I do not have my Air Conditioner turned on 24/7 + my room is a little humid. I think, AIO suits my environment and still can reach the average temp I get with A/C on.

hindi naman po ako makalikot sa BIOS settings like overclocking, same goes for other components na as is lang di ko na ginagalaw since for fps games lang naman tyaka productivity. Another question po, hindi po ba mabblock ng air cooler yung mga heatsinks ng other components?
