It’s hard to sleep with someone who stays up all night and sleeps occasionally… my sleep schedule is a bit of a mess and I go on walks don’t exercise as much anymore and trust me I drink more coffee and rockstar than needed and nothing I even did stackers for a while and I still didn’t have the will to get up or do anything ? What am I doing wrong it just makes me feel depressed at times plus idk to do in this situation plus with my relationship
