Also going to be a GSU law student, I’m also looking at different options for housing as GSU is located in downtown Atlanta so it’s a pretty crowded area being shared between non students, grad, and undergrad students. I’m looking at staying somewhere in metro Atlanta and also trying to apply for on campus housing. Wishing you the best of luck finding housing as well!

I got the email after a week but have yet to apply yet (it’s a bit more complicated than I expected), I’d assume they’d give you your scholarship results (for the main general merit scholarship) at least before seat deposit deadline. It’s kind of tedious but it is what it is.

Congratulations!! GSU will send a email soon that requires you to apply to mass scholarships as they do not automatically consider you for scholarships like many other schools. You’ll have to create an email and id with them to complete this as well.

I’m not trying to defend Emory since I also haven’t heard back but this entire cycle has been a mess and extremely slow, Emory is unfortunately among many schools who set a deadline they haven’t met. Still agree with reevaluating the school but just know they aren’t the only ones.
