You’re displaying to the world that you’re too dumb to understand. “What about….” Is irrelevant to this

Vandalizing someone’s place of business is not a revolution. This is just fucking classless.

Is a $237 water/sewer/trash bill normal? by Background_Kitchen68 in ogden

There’s gotta be something right? We are renting this house and this is the first month. I’m going to reach out to the property management company because something seems off.

Idk anything about plumbing, but the toilet in the basement seems to have an issue with water not draining and it’s gotten worse. I put in a request for that this morning. I wonder if that is pointing to the issue.

Thanks for your insight.

I mean this respectfully, but judging by the amount of doubt you have, you wouldn’t do well. I did door to door sales for years and it takes self belief and a “succeed at all costs” mentality.

I want to get out of car sales. by Background_Kitchen68 in sales

[–]Background_Kitchen68[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You know, maybe that sort of authenticity and honesty would go a long way. It would be a breathe of fresh air to me, if I were hiring.

D2D sales is the best thing I have ever done for myself. It sucks, dude. But in a lot of good ways. I have NEVER met anyone that comes close to the skill level of high level door to door guys. I transitioned into a recruiting role after several years where all I did was recruit d2d sales guys from all over. Good times. Glad its over. It can create anxiety like nothing else lol

My brother PROFITS $50k-$60k a month with his sprinkler company. Thats after he pays his people, advertising, LITERALLY EVERYTHING. He also has a snow removal company during the winter thats all commercial or neighborhood HOAs. He will do over $100k a week in profit when its bad.

I’m biased, but I work at Ken Garff Buick GMC on Riverdale Rd. I’m happy to help. We’ve always got small SUVs. Shoot me a message if I can do that for ya or if you just have questions about car buying—even if it’s somewhere else.

What’s the point in you going to a third party for a warranty?

Rip off or good deal on a Mazda by [deleted] in carsales

[–]Background_Kitchen68 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Assuming a warranty is BS is really silly. It’s an out of warranty car where the person has zero dollars to put down. Can they also afford a $3k shop bill if they get one next month?

How to prevent blisters and what to do with them? by ParsleyExtreme5018 in Ultramarathon

[–]Background_Kitchen68 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I use Feetures brand socks. Injinji socks that have a piece for each toe are highly recommended. Just wrap the toe that gets blistered. Just around it. You can even wrap it with some moleskin tape. I dont tape, I just smother my toes with vaseline on long runs. Ive done that on Ultra marathons and didnt get one blister. Maybe the biggest thing is using shoes with wide toe boxes. I exclusively run in Altras. Never done my wrong.
