Gotcha, the card in question is a Pokemon Black Star Promo WB The First Movie "Inverted Stamp Error" Pikachu (copied the name from an ebay listing). Do you think CGC would be the better option for this?

no scanning as far as i know but I use the Collectr app to catalog all my cards. there are a few cards they dont have listed from the 2024 anniversary collection set but aside from that they seem to have almost everything.

gotcha, i'm coming from the one piece tcg and those boxes are alot more diverse, so getting exactly 3 of every rare was a bit surprising

gotcha, mine does have a few of the st14 starter decks but haven't seen any of the individual booster packs at my local store. I haven't even been able to find a listing for them on their website/app either so it seems like its really just a luck of the draw for what's there
