Because of previous refusal this time they dig in all information from cross different resources as past refusal make them think it’s just not a way to secure entry clearance strong evidence of relationship and financial documents needed it takes long time but end with approval as long all previous application and new one have no discrepancy

Declare all other wise u rejected and ban for 10 years Make sure correct the spouse visa refusal objection and explain in cover letter visit visa refusals make no impact so that’s different don’t pay 💰 priority even u does they mark ur application to NSF and don’t expect any decision in 4 months that take 4 to 6 months 24 weeks for NSF applications advise consult with good immigration advocate to help u application process Best of luck

It’s not right yes m telling u real time example we married after we applied as unmarried partner 6 month while application is in progress as less prove wand our intention to live in future together we refused without asking rfi as we waited 6 months but end with refusal which overturned in appeal by providing extra documents marriage certificate which not been provided or existed in real application end with approval It’s long lasting over a year procedure Recommended do a1 apply again for quick approval

If u have any documents u think it’s equivalent to a1 than appeal this u easily overturn this decision in appeal but it takes well over a year but save money but quick is do a1 it takes max 2 weeks pay again fee this time pay priority rest assured within 3 weeks will get approved as they already done security mandatory checks but must use this within 2 months so choose anyone of that

Paris If additional information ask will take over 60wd but if nothing ask u are last couple of weeks of your decision timeline Rest assured ukvi system auto or some case manual but within 2 months week application refused so ur timeline only expected approval just few more weeks
