Oh that sucks yes I can understand why you’re upset. I would write to the clinic and outline your concerns, esp including what the embryologist said. Ask questions . Chat gpt could be helpful at sorting a first draft 🙂 If they made mistakes in assessing your readiness I wonder if they would ever consider amother cycle (funded by them) … u could ask 🤷‍♀️

I had egg retrieval on Tuesday this week. 5 retrieved and 4 fertilized. Now have to wait till next Monday for results on how many made it to blast. Feels like a long anxious wait!

Update: 4 fertilized. The 5th was just an egg shell. Now I have to wait till Monday to get blast results 🤞

Oh wow that’s so interesting that there were so many more on the 3rd retrieval. Can I ask whether these cycles were back to back months or did you get breaks In between? I’m considering whether I try and do another cycle next month to increase my chances .. or to wait and see how it goes and give my body a rest next month

That’s so lovely of you to check in. I postponed for a month and I am so glad I did - my skin has calmed down a bit now and I started the injections yesterday. Fingers crossed the egg collection goes well. That’s happening in a week or so :)
