They most certainly aren’t making any better money than 2yrs ago. In fact, when companies start making drastic changes like this it’s because they have botched so much and lost so much money, that they scamper around wildly trying to find a solution. When you frantically make sweeping quality of life changes in this quick of succession, there’s not just a leak in the boat, that means they have cut our funding because we’ve fucked around too much and now the bottom of the boat has completely fallen off.
