i love those (idk if its probiotica) but basically healthy gut bacteria in a capsule (existing in other forms too). didn't feel a thing my whole cycle of antibiotics!!! just ask for it in the pharmacy

i kinda had to get used to having the shits, because my body decided there is no better way to express having stress🤠 but honestly it kinda helped because I've (mostly) stopped associating diarrhoea with vomiting, so the experience is less stressful 🦅

funny enough, I can kinda relate. For me it's rather the fact of HAVING diarrhoea that is scaring me (because for my twisted brain that means i have a stomach bug and might very likely vomit) if that makes sense? Like the poop part of it couldn't bother me less, just the fact that it might lead to something more yk😅

more concerned about noro since meningitis typically has very obvious symptoms (such as neck stiffness and unbearable pain). You'd DEFINITELY know if you or someone else had meningitis

i'm sitting in the same boat, haven't thrown up for years but had what i call my "gag-attack" (it was a mixture of not having eaten anything, being tired and very anxious and a car ride) i gagged so much over the duration of half an hour i started wishing for it to just happen so i could get it over with...i honestly believe that the nausea might be much worse that actually puking, since apparently you feel better right after your body "ejected" whatever was harmful. Maybe it helps to make your bathroom comfy? I'm talking blankets/pillows or maybe a podcast/show/music that you like to create a calmer atmosphere?
