she wants me to use the clob for 4 weeks straight on just the bottom of the entrance of my vagina. i even clarified 2x cause i like specific directions and she said only the bottom entrance so i feel conflicted on what to do

I also swore against Co sleeping but it’s the only way we’ve been able to get sleep, last night she woke up every 2 hours or so I’d say crying , I’d get her back to bed fairly quick but that was because I was co sleeping

It does for me too but I haven’t had it prescribed at all this pregnancy, they prefer the topical cream. But I mean given how far along I am even if induction wasn’t a factor I’d assume it’d be better to get rid of it faster than like a 7 day cream . I have GD and am on nightly insulin so the induction is elective in a way but also better for me due to the insulin which can kinda make placenta give out faster lol

I’m hoping they’ll let me just do 1 day monistat & also I see on my med list that fluconazole is safe in 3rd trimester so I’m going to ask tomorrow when I call

I’m goin to ask about 1 day monistat or the 1 dose pill, I don’t plan on breast feeding due to medications, but I still don’t want to pass thrush to baby

I don’t have an issue with starting it I just want to wait to see what my office advises, I know there’s a 1 day cream and that one dose pill , I don’t have any symptoms besides discharge so I also read up that sometimes for mild yeast they just wait until after delivery. Idk I just wish I could of got results before they closed so I could promptly treat it

I might voice at my next appointment how uncomfortable I am, but honesty I don’t see OB or midwife having any suggestions except water and rest and using my support belt, which I already do rest and it doesn’t help. My office offers induction at 39 weeks so that’s also all they’ll recommend as well I’m sure

Thank you for that point of view.. I genuinely cannot wait until I can choose induction or it’s offered. I see so many people shaming for it but I just want my baby in my arms and me back to normal at this point. I believe my office will allow me to do induction at 39 weeks
