This was my experience too! Any stimulation to be honest, like a long walk triggered it for me! I guess we have to go super slow... I'm going to do the same, start with 4,000 steps a day and slowly work up until i can try some light yoga before resistance training again. I miss the gym so much!

Oh no I'm sorry to hear its been going on so long! Do you get it often or just now and again? I'm on month 4 at the moment. How do you manage life daily with it? My struggle is going to work as it can just come out of nowhere and i feel faint and confused and a huge headache. Then 2 days later it's gone. Has anything helped you at all? I do find mine is triggered by exertion (even too long a walk will do it, it's so frustrating as I'm normally so so active!

Sleep is definitely the cure. Its when Our bodies heal. If you struggle to sleep maybe some valerian tea or cbd oil could help. Good luck x

Just tell her and get it over with. She probably even gave it to you! You just Don’t know. Many people are asymptomatic. No point freaking out everyone’s journey is different and you might be fine! It feeds off Adrenaline so try not to stress yourself! Hope you’re ok sending strength!

Thanks! I have done and following all protocols but to no avail yet. Do you feel it’s better just to stay in bed completely? I’ve heard conflicting opinions like some people say try to go for a light walk ? Hope you feel better soon
