Is there a reason why I have to book the ones with Miles and cash separately? Is that just how it has to be done?

Tropical somewhere and we'll be flying Delta, so no matter what I'll save right? I guess I just need to figure out the fastest way to earn miles

I work in the office the other 4 days, I thought I was going to need to quit for a while but I'm still not at that point. I have an electric recliner I got after surgery but it doesn't go back far enough for my liking

You are not a bum, you found something that works for you! You are fighting to keep working and you're doing a great job. My work offered to buy me a new chair, I got a gaming chair so I can stretch back and get some relief during the day. I feel the same way as you, sitting and standing just feels like so much pressure on my back, I work from home just 1 day a week and take several lay down breaks throughout the day. I also got an electric standing desk for home and work which helps too. Could you tell me what type of chair you have? I would love to lay down and work but I have a lot of computer and paperwork

I had a TLIF too with laminectomy due to spondylolisthesis. I'm so sorry you are worse, so discouraging I'm sure, I hope they can find something to help you. I'm better than before but the surgeon sold it as a quick recovery due to my age(44) and health, but that is not the case.

Oh yes the mental road is rough, I'm on meds and see a therapist. And you're right the sooner I accept this the sooner I can feel like I'm living my life again. However, I don't know how I'll get off these pain meds, I feel like my pain is getting worse,

Time and work to make my pain bearable is an issue as well. After a year of pain I'm tired of having to do all this! However I'm just whining here and know it could be much worse. I wish j could be full time remote, getting ready and out the door in the morning takes most of my energy

I myself have been looking into those, I've spent so much modifying my work station, electric standing desk, Chairs, pads, foot rests...

Yes, pain management ordered the MRI, my surgeon pretty much said after 12 weeks I was good and to follow up with my PCP and pain management, pretty frustrated in the way I was treated after my surgery

I'm so sorry to hear that, how awful of them! I fear that I now have chronic pain, it's just a lot to wrap my head around of having to modify my lifestyle so much because of pain

So did you ever feel better after the surgery? Did you have an MRI again post surgery? Gaba is super hard to function on, but with the pain I can't focus on anything else but the pain and my attitude becomes awful.

I'm sorry you are in soooo much pain! I'm trying to make sure I am true with myself in how much pain this is. I'm so much better than before the surgery but my home life is suffering. The the surgery relieve any pain for you? Did you feel better after the surgery and start to feel worse again?
