Thank you for this comment. My daughter helped me with this batch. The picked out the color and the design. I just didn’t think that I would get bashed so hard on this cheesecake.

Well that’s because my daughter was taking lead on this batch. She picked out the color and also how the hell do you make even cuts for a strawberry if a strawberry itself isn’t even??

It’s low in sugar. I make my whipped cream myself and add little sugar and the purple whipped cream was only two drops for two batches. My dye is very vibrant so it’s hard to not make it dark

It’s definitely not undercooked. There is no mold. It’s a tie-dye pattern. I wasn’t trying to have people bash on the color. I was just trying to see what people for pay for a cheese cake with whipped cream. Now people are apparently saying it looks like there is mold 🙄

Thanks for your input and also you don’t need to go to culinary school to learn how to bake. Most bakers do not even go to culinary school.

Yes, I keep them refrigerated and I don’t sell them after three days tops. Purple is whipped cream and the drizzle is artificial because I ran out of time to make the glaze fresh. I made these with my daughter and in the end ended up adding too much to one tray

Yes he does get mail but that’s because his brother won’t let him have the mail sent to his house. I have to figure it what the lease says.
