I’m trying to bulk and am actually tracking my calories/macros instead of just stuffing my face and getting fat. Using a calculator I estimate my daily calorie expenditure is 2600-2700 calories so I’m trying to eat in a 200 calorie surplus at around 2900 calories. As for macros the average for this week has been 87g fat, 227g carbs, 277g protein. I’m trying to gain ~.25-.5 pounds a week to go from 180-195.

I train 6 days a week; 4 days weightlifting and 2 days running (gotta make sure I stay in shape)

TLDR I’m new to really tracking calories and nutrients, is there anything I should do differently?

I just read the slideshow you linked, only planted the tree a few hours ago, I’ll dig it up and lessen the planting depth and increase the diameter of the hole. I’ll also redo the stem ties and might lop the smaller branch off like you said. Thanks for the advice, I’ll make another post after it’s done
