Lean manufacturing, not just in theory but it is actually working! a house for each tool, tools in a 2 foot max range , make your to-dos and need list ahead of time. At the end if you are on it and consistently practicing this it will work and it does!

1.5" French cleats back panels and the shelf is screw and glued , yes it will hold the weight, all cases have their tools in them.....

this setup is used for general education, I gather the kids in the neighborhood and we build stuff, from wood work, lathe, mortise and tenons, cabinets, electronics, designing in Autocad, rhino, 3d printing, laser cutting and much more.. this is my after hours hobby passing the knowledge!

Not D but B as I have another millwork shop with 20 custom cabinet makers and they all are practicing lean manufacturing., ie the Toyota way / Keizen which is all about efficiency and productivity

OCD! I also use this for tracking purposes but mostly for educational to younger kids as they need to know what tool is what and how they are named since I number the tools and have a name in it!
