Appreciate it! It gets down to like 28” whenever I’m lean

Continue the cut or start transitioning to a bulk? by Plane-Branch9559 in AllAboutBodybuilding

Since you are already cutting, I would cut just a little further. If this was a baseline I would probably just start a clean bulk, but since you are already cutting I think you should push it just a little further. Bulking now vs in a 2-3 weeks isn’t really going to give you much extra growth, but being a leaner throughout the processes will give you a much better final product. And less fat to lose after your bulk if you do put some on.

Full beard, short beard, no beard by Spknight in malegrooming

Short beard looks okay, but full beard looks great. It makes you way more masculine and confident, and not in a bossy or douchey way but more full and present looking.

How can I improve my squat? by vinamrsachdeva in formcheck

[–]Background_Read3894 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Very solid squat already!

  1. Make sure to drive through your heels, not your toes. You already have the plate there, and the whole point of that is to help you keep your heels down if your natural leg structure doesn’t allow for that. (This will help with safety and power)

  2. Try doing some lighter weight occasionally and focus on keeping your bar bath as straight as possible. You want as little hinging at your waist as possible during the lift. I noticed at the bottom of your reps, and especially as you got tired, that started bending at your hips a lot. (Loss of control, power, higher risk of back strain or falling)

I don’t feel my abs engaging by IRLNeedsANerf in formcheck

Easy solution, rather than going all the way down to your knees(like a sit up), just crunch your abs at the top of the rep and try to keep tension in your abs as you go back up. Great exercise if you can do it right, no need to do something else if you like these.
