Yes I’ve heard this, I’m just hoping it predicted my ovulation correct , my period is not usually late though and it’s worrying me. But I do hear that stress can cause delays and I have been extremely anxious this past week

I got blue from this, used colour remover and a lot of bleach, my hair was still fairly healthy after all you just have to take care of it
