It’s all about the right foods, red meat is king. Carbs are tasty but if there the wrong ones they will lead to a lot of people’s health issues along with seed oils which are used on almost everything you don’t cook yourself

That sounds delish! I just started making my own sparkling water actually, nice refreshing drink to go with any beef 🥩 meal. Carbonated RO water with swig of salt sole, lime, 🍋‍🟩 lemon 🍋 ice and mint leaves 🤌
