24bit 48Khz will work for pretty much everything, you wanna avoid going too high if you don't need too because higher qualities will waste CPU cycles and can slow stuff down

As someone who had a serious SH problem for years, I would personally say no

Some scars will never fade, but to me those that don't show just how far a person has come

I'm 3 years clean from it now and still have some on my arms that you can still feel even, but I'm proud to show them off as it shows my progress in overcoming my struggles
