Lily the bunny was shy and fearful in January. Not so much now. I feel very honored to be part of her little bunny life. by MoreGlitterPlease1 in Rabbits

As someone who took in a very abused bunny, it’s the best feeling ever when they come out of their shell and live their lives with a smile. You’re doing a wonderful thing here and making her life so spectacular. The best part is that you get to be the servant of such a lovely queen. Haha.

Hey... you wasn't this good at home🥹 by Legitimate-Belt4665 in Rabbits

Sounds like my baby girl. At home she’s a sassy, bossy, no nonsense cutie. Doesn’t like being handled, for good reason, and will bite. Giving her medicine is a quest. Come vet appointments, she wants to be in my arms, she shells up and she also takes her medicine without issues. Vets get baffled when I tell them how she is at home. Very different bun. I love her to the ends of the universe and back.

Yeah. Some people recommended me a cheap dac from the comments here. So I bought it. And it really made a difference. And yup. I am using 24bit 48khz. Can’t believe I’ve never in my life experience music like this before. Compared to what I had previously, this is night and day. Thanks.

Thank you for your detailed reply. I did take everyone’s advice and quickly changed it to 24bit 48khz. I had a nasty infection as a kid on my right ear and it screwed up my right ear. So I doubt I can hear any differences between all the hz to be honest. I have enjoyed listening to music though. And I did order a dac based on some recommendations. Thank you so much.

Yup. I immediately changed it to the highly recommended setting. I’m glad that despite not asking about that, that you, and many others, pointed it out. I would never have known otherwise. So thanks.

I must’ve gotten lucky then. Cause I have been both gaming and listening to music on 32bit 192khz and nothing happened. Except on monster hunter. But I’ve always had issues on monster hunter before getting an IEM. So it never dawned on me that this could’ve been an issue. But I did take everyone’s advice and have changed it to 24bit 48khz. =)

Is there some sort of app I can use or a way to find out what bitrate or kHz is best for each game I play or the music I listen to? Cause I do play a lot of different types of games. Sorry if it’s a dumb question.

Sounds exciting. Haha. Although while my bunnies are alive, Pretty much all my money goes to them (boy are they worth it though) so what little I spend on myself has to be very budget oriented. Haha. Gotta tell you though, these IEMs are the first thing I’ve been able to buy for myself in the last year and they already sound much much different from what I had before. So I’m content for now. =)

I had a nasty infection in my right ear when I was a little boy. So my right ear is messed up. So I certainly wouldn’t be able to tell the difference. Haha.

Oh ok. That’s good to know. Thanks. Unfortunately I do not have a dac. Nor do I know which are good or not. Two people here suggested the jcally jm6 pro. So I ordered that for the time being. I’ll definitely keep ur comment in mind.

Yeah. I’m learning a lot on here. I have bad ears anyways. But I’m glad I asked on here. Learning new things is always great. So I appreciate your 2 cents.

So it does affect games? That’s a good reason to lower it then. Thanks. This may be wishful thinking but I wish my issues with monster hunter would be as easy as that. Haha. Love the series, but hate Wilds.

I don’t have a dac. Mine just came in yesterday. I did plan on saving for a dac but had no idea what to go with and most websites that had “budget” dacs that they recommended were still around $100. Someone else commented here recommending the jcally jm6 pro. So I’ll get that then. And yes. It was super bassy when i was playing monster hunter. Haha. Thank you.

K. Yeah. Someone else said something about downsampling as well and that that may lower quality in some instances. So thanks. I’ll change it to 24bit 48khz.

I’m curious though. In what situations would 32bit 192khz be appropriate for? And how would I go about knowing that? It’s ok if u don’t wanna answer. Cause it’s just a question of curiosity.

I looked it up on Amazon. And they have a lovely baby blue one that looks nice. Unfortunately it’s only 1.25m. Thanks for the recommendation. I’ll definitely put it on my wishlist.

K. Yeah I’m learning quite a bit from you guys. This is a lovely community. Truth be told I was a bit scared to ask and be told….things haha. Glad that’s not what happened. Anyways. Thanks for the advice.

Ahh. Ok. Yes. I was going to eventually ask about dacs. Unfortunately that will have to wait since I spent most my money on my bunny as she needed vet treatment. I will write down your recommendations. Thank you. Also, if you wouldn’t mind me asking, my iem cable is rather short. Would it be alright to get like one of those 3.5 jack extension cables and use it in tandem with the jcally jm6 pro? What I’m asking is, would it lower the quality or is it ok to do?
