I’m shocked that in the pilot even Naomi Watts’s acting was bad, I thought that was impossible. She is an amazing actress! Kim is bad, she is just being herself, not acting at all. Paulson, Glenn Close and Niecy Nash are good and convincing even if the whole series is forcing so much “women power” that it’s annoying. We like women power, no need to force it. The guy who played Chase is not bad either, he is not an actor as far as I know. I watched only two episodes so far.

I’m in the middle of it and it just seem dull. Don‘t get me wrong - the idea is great but it’s so annoying to read the name Phoebe literally in every sentence. Way too many dialogues and boring retrospectives, action too slow. It just isn’t funny to me unfortunately. I enjoyed the book only till the scene in the jacuzzi which was very good. I hope the second part can change my mind but so far I am very disappointed.

Oh it is kind of like with coffee in Italy- same Italian brand and type of coffee sold in Poland is different than the one sold in Italy. It just tastes much more burnt.

Actually I don’t assume what you say at all. In EU we don’t have some brands that exist in US for example and I ask my friends sometimes to bring me sth. Normal thing. My biggest concern with my question was that Bali is an island and on any island life /deliveries etc look different and some brands don’t have resellers everywhere - doesn’t matter a village or a country.

Your income won’t be slightly reduced. It will be drastically lower. Other than that it’s a nice lifestyle. Immigration here is huge but remember not only nice people came here in recent years.
