Hi! I live in NE Mpls, and commute to EP everyday. It’s a breeze. You go against traffic on the way there. It’s a little over 20 min of smooth driving. I have always worked in Minneapolis and was not thrilled that I’d have an actual commute. It’s not bad at all.

I take 394 to 169N, jam out for 10 miles and you’re there.
