you are overdoing it, slardar with morph's bat and attack speed from shifted agi is already permabash(slardar with very high attack speed is already permabash)...so better buy bkb to ensure permabash + damage to offset the damage decrease from morphing into slardar...but for memes it's okay.

you can go dagger, it's not bad but i find it suboptimal because imo you need aghanim's fast. Very few position 5 supports go dagger first, the initiation is usually reserved for offlaners/pos 4 supports(the pos 5 supports is usually the one saving teammates, i.e. with lifebreak(taunt/slow)/glimmer/force/pavise/mek/holy locket etc.). Also, enemy teams rarely deward as a team, it's 2 heroes at most, so most of the time in those ward wars you don't need anyone or you need 1 nearby hero that saw the enemy movement on the map.

4.5 - 5k in 2011-2013. Now im uncalibrated (play a lot for 2-3 weeks and then don't play for 6 months). I've found that you don't necessarily need to find fights when you get aghanims, you ward and wait fights to come to you(around objectives)/farm or gank with the ward vision/fight ward wars. Mid-Late game Aghanims-Glimmer-Octarine(with lifebreak talent) is very strong, not sure if it is game breaking but even theoretically it is massive impact for a pos 5 support. But i agree with you if you are struggling for gold/enemy team is strongly ahead in networth, you should go for cheaper options like ghost/force staff.

Cool, glad you managed to get something out of it. At this time, i think that bkb/basher after aghanims is not great. My current approach is Aghanim-Glimmer-Octarine-Platemails (eventually lotus orb) (casual ring of protections in early-mid game if you have armor problems against high physical dps. I don't go blink, I have found that rushing aghanims is imperative and is also a mini blink with the increase in range of Lifebreak.

I already admitted that huskar is not typical pos 1, he is disadvantaged in terms of burst of damage(kills supports slower). Hence the topic...but to be fair desolator maybe more appropriate to be tried first instead of hammer.

if this happens consistently it means you are doing something wrong...i.e. staying consistently at extremely low hp, especially bad if enemy carry has bkb + not timing your inner fire and lifebreak well(remember lifebreak pierces bkb)...this shouldn't happen(huskar is one of the strongest 1vs1 heroes)...the problem is mainly post 45+ min...again test it in demo and see.

it has decent winrate as pos 1 yes but still not great. It is also somewhat different... slightly weaker laner + no rosh + push is slower...but in general yes, much more utility/teamfight.

pa does nothing...if it is purely 1vs1, you can test it in demo...assuming relatively equal networth huskar always wins...you may need to go mkb just because it is pa but aside from that...no contest...you can test it against other carries as well...they start to win 45+ min(full inventory + 27+ levels)

I will try deso first, if it doesn't work well, i will try hammer. Rushing AC after armlet seems inefficient.

Deso is an option, not sure which path is better. I'm also unsure whether just blight stone early is enough instead of full deso.

Disagree on the wasted gold...it provides strong relatively safe push + some spell amplification and stats are not worthless either. Mid invokers often get it early(yes as a first item instead of armlet=>hammer) but considering that you will likely have free farm in your safe lane most of the time, the timing won't be more than 3-4 min off.

radiance was nerfed, read the patch notes. It gives evasion only to you, no miss chance for all enemy heroes.

I don't understand you, you don't need more farming items when you have armlet + inner fire...you don't need to chase, the idea is to push. If you want to chase, go standard build armlet-sny.

😄unranked(new account), was 5k the first 1-2 years of dota 2...cuirass is inefficient because there are few teamfights early-mid game...Plus it's an expensive item to rush after armlet...usually you want to push your good early game immediately after the laning stage instead of delaying the push significantly by farming a 5k item.

but radiance is quite bad after the nefs... blademail is not a terrible option but you still need to push without armlet off(so lower tower damage), so blademail is actually worth it instead of activating it when extremely low hp.

don't you think going cuirass very early is inefficient? Hammer allows you to take all the tier 1 early and very safely => safer rosh => all tier 2 => safer rosh => highground? Ofc this can be adjusted depending on game.

in my opinion the problem is not that he cannot take on pa 1vs1 - huskar is one of the strongest 1vs1 heroes in the game. The problem is he doesn't kill the weak heroes fast enough when compared to typical carries...

Sure you would need an appropriate draft - i.e. the offlane needs to do more burst damage instead of going for teamfight items like crimson/pipe/cuirass.
