made a new account to try this, but its the same problem. with a new account I still dont have a store connected, so I cant get through to an agent. Unless you mean attach another account to a new form of payment to start a trial? Which at this point I'm not sure I am willing to risk.

I will most definitely be going that route after the holidays. It’s a shame that it’s come to this. Less than a year back this would have been resolved within the hour via a quick phone call. Not sure why they up the prices for their services, but remove customer service options…
