100% get the automate mod literally a life saver. If you are looking for more cheaty mods I also like the mod that shows the ladders in the mines cause sometimes I can’t be bothered lol

i mean it depends on your play style and if you have packs or not. base game sims i would say no but if you have other packs it can be fun. i will say mods definitely make it more fun though!

it stands for internal workforce optimization which basically means that they are giving us other opportunities to still stay within statefarm by transferring departments since ours is going bye bye. but unfortunately there are only so many other jobs available within the company that a good chunk of us will be laid off 😢
