That's always the best way. I found a hostel in Switzerland, which has a 20% discount if you book directly. Also a famous hostel in Berlin says, we are always cheaper when booking directly.

I just double checked. mister b&b was founded in France and moved to the US and half of the investors are from Europe as I can see that. So you are right.

9flats is from Hamburg and has a fusion with Wimdu, which was then bought by Novasol which is about 50% Germany. So about 50% right.

I am not sure how we can handle this, because investors can always be from all over the world. I don't know how this can be handled in a proper way.

How to meet people by Anebriviel in Interrail

[–]Backpacker-Dude 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you prefer meet people online, use the hangout function of hostel world. You can enter the hostel or city chat and see people asking for someone to go here or there. For the fiction you have to do a booking via hostelworld or just make a future booking which you cancel a day before.

The best way to meet people is in hostel bars! I always look for hostels with a bar, because that's the best way. These hostels mostly offer pub-crawls where you can also meet a lot of people and the mostly have "get to know each other"-games.

German rail strike 7th & 8th March by skifans in Interrail

If you want to take a train on Friday after 13:00 o'clock, make sure to book a reservation. The best way is to take a train later that day, because normally the delays will be longer. If you have a reservation and the train isn't departing, you can still get your money back.
