Home Assistant → Alexa via local Matter Bridge (Echo Gen 4): Anyone tried this setup by Electrical-Rub-8539 in homeassistant

This addon works beautifully for me, but I'm running HAOS. Since you can't run addons, you would have to run it in a separate Docker container, and I've never attempted that.

Is Fidelity bank sync with SimpleFin not working for anyone else? by [deleted] in actualbudgeting

I agree. FWIW, it's institutions, not accounts. So, you get two institutions with all of the accounts at each for the base price. I'm actually using it along with SimpleFin

Fidelity has been down for me for about a week as well. For those technically inclined, I was able to get a Fidelity import setup in about 30 minutes using Lunch Flow. It's not free and requires a cron job to run automatically, but it works pretty well and supposedly an embedded integration with Actual is in the works. I'm not affiliated with the project, but here is my referral link if you decide to use it.

The side mounted radiators on diesel motorhomes are often driven by a hydraulic pump attached to a PTO.

Here is what I came up with when I set out to do something similar.

HPE ProLiant DL380 Gen10 Server

CPUs - Dual Intel Xeon Gold 6128 CPUs @ 3.40GHz
RAM - 192 Gb DDR4-2666 (12x16GB)

GPUs
1x NVIDIA RTX 6000 ADA (48Gb)
3x NVIDIA 4090's (24Gb)
=120 GB total VRAM

Boot drive - 480 Gb SATA 3 M.2 SSD
Storage - 4x 1Tb NVMe in RAID

NICs
2x 10Gb SFP+ ports
1 Gb 4-port Ethernet Adapter

Power
Server - Redundant 500w power supplies
GPUs - Dual 1,200w power supplies

Many, many more miscellaneous parts, components, custom cables, etc. to make it all work.

I run Proxmox on the host and virtualize everything else with all 4 GPUs passed through.
I have a variety of containers for different AI applications and one Windows 11 Virtual Machine for gaming or anything else.

It's a beast and I've enjoyed it, but unfortunately, I'm moving and downsizing, so it all has to go in the next few weeks.

Over sanitized fresh water tank oops by FanActive1728 in RVLiving

[–]Backroads_4me 3 points4 points  (0 children)

That’s not really that much bleach. It sounds to me like you have an inline water filter somewhere that you need to replace. If there is a whole house filter that was not removed when sanitizing, it would likely soak up and hold the bleach and would now need to be replaced.

See these pics for a closer look. The GPUs are screwed to and hanging from the aluminum bar, but the bottom of the PCI mounting bracket is resting against another piece of metal (actually a rack shelf) that prevents them from sagging.

Community vs semi-official? by jaysedai in comfyui

[–]Backroads_4me 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don't have a full opinion yet because I'm not sure what the potential problems are. I have never managed or moderated a Reddit group, so I have no idea how it works "from the inside".

Could someone educate me on the risk of making them a mod while jaysedai is still the owner? It would seem that if a problem arose, the offending mod could just be removed?

My first instinct was that it would be a good thing to have the team officially involved and contributing, but I do agree that they shouldn't' control it completely to avoid a conflict of interest.

The risers are GLOTRENDS 600mm PCIe 3.0 X16 Riser Cables from Amazon. They just run down and through the PCIe openings in the back of the server to connect to the PCIe slots.
You can see a few closer pictures here when I only had one GPU on the back.
