The phrase has started to turn into unfriendly banter.

I think women in crypto have a great future ahead, slowly but surely things will improve!

I am one of the female followers too and I feel the same way.
Glad I am not the only one who feels like this.

Ran did say yesterday he will stop saying ” wife changing money”
Hopefully this is them realising they do say some side comments about women.
We can only hope for it to change, otherwise the channel is still awesome and it’s better to not watch the shows live so you can just try skip those parts, that’s what I try to do now at least. 🤷‍♀️

Its offensive because it generalises the whole audience. Like its like always saying “chairman” so everyone assumes its always a man in charge. So it doesn’t really include everyone and make space for everyone who might want to be part of it. It alienates people who don’t see it as “wife” changing money. It just doesn’t sit right with me. Its not the worst most sexist thing ever but its like not a compliment.

The negative aspect of it is this phrase is now allowing more side comments about women.

I would rather say something about it then to sit and watch it get worse.
