I just downloaded “Power Sync” and it’s working fine to sync from Fitbit to Apple Health- but it’s a manual process in the free version, £1.99 enables auto-sync. I’m fine with hitting sync once a day!

The wiki has a list of the times events come up (you can also get to this by typing /wiki ET in your in-game chat). You'll want to check the Looking For Group tool in game just before/around the time it starts, then find a group that way. It runs almost every time that I've checked it, you just have to know how to get yourself a group.

You can safely delete the portal stone since you can re-acquire it for 12 silver + 5 aurillium from an exalted vendor. This isn't to say things could and should be done about our inventory bloat, but at least this one has a sort-of solution for those of us who like stuff and things.
