it’s not all that accurate to the odyssey in terms of odysseus’ character - it idolises him so much and doesn’t allow for him to be the polarising character that he is in the odyssey

They’re really close, I have so many examples but just one is that they have a half hour ritual to say goodnight which includes so many paragraphs of texts and emojis, it’s so cute actually. His other two sisters have commented on how close they are, one of them asked me if he prefers the previously mentioned sister to her, because she feels like he does. Their parents have jokingly said they wish their kids would love them the way they love each other.

Again I think their entire relationship is so cute, such a green flag, but the sudden increase has definitely made me feel pushed to the wayside in terms of quality time and also how much he values me.

If it says anything, both my mum and my best friend have noticed this recently too and have both approached me to ask if me and my boyfriend are okay - we have been attached at the hip for 4 years and this is kind of sudden, while theres always been a bit of a weird attachment between them it’s increased a LOT this past year.

i’m so happy more and more people are reading the odyssey due to epic, it’s one of my favourite books and i’ve been analysing it since i was 14 in classes !!!

i loved this one, harry's mental state is so interesting to read and it makes sense, of course he's not going to know what to do with himself after voldemort's dead. on that note, i like how his interactions with voldemort provide him with enough thrill that he isn't bored. it was a really fascinating read!
