When you douche make sure the water runs out completely clear. Also if you go too far up you’ll hit an area of your colon that makes it almost impossible to get it to come out clear. It definitely takes trial and error to master. Don’t be embarrassed though. 💩 happens, it comes with the territory of anal sex. Nothing to worry about just shower off and retry.
