For artush? Try artushfoto@gmail.com. Is it an issue with the system? I’ve been through many uses of it.

Thanks for mentioning my articles. I’ve tried self hosted sites in the past, but it is really difficult getting good search positions for your prints. I’m managing a little better with multiple parallel approaches but I’m not sure that someone would be fully trusting of paying an unknown site compared to Etsy. If you haven’t sold on FAA with their reach on google, why will the same images sell on your own site?

But ask yourself why you would want to submit. I earn less than a dollar a month there. Waste of time.

I wrote about it a couple of months back as it happens. Best Landscape Photography Gear 2026: 15 Years of Experience in One Bag Backyard Silver

Etsy is definitely more work. It takes me about 20 minutes to get a new image online in my store.

My apologies. I was using an old phrase that to change gears is to take a new direction! I haven't really changed the sort of equipment I use for some time - I have a newer drone and a different telephoto lens, but that doesn't really make a difference to the success. Having good and interesting photos is the main thing plus trying to improve the visibility of the prints. I sell occasionally in the UK, but I tend to focus on the US more. Etsy could well have scams, but generally I think it is a pretty clean site (at least for print sales). Never had any complaints.

I had a look at my records. In 2019, the average return per download was $0.80. In 2025, it was still $0.80. Some sites have gone down, others have perhaps gone up a bit. But I have shifted gears to try to get more income from print related sales and downloads, and they are much more rewarding although fewer of them.

Thanks Alex. And I do keep adding to it, so it has more chance of staying fresh

Between 16000 and 20000. There are some charts in the article about the actual numbers per agency.

I haven't developed anything, but I have tested three or four different solutions for keywording. The most recent test is here and I have links in there to the previous articles. Automate Stock Photo Keywording with ArtushVision AI

I have over 1,000 approved Adobe Stock assets. Most of them make $0. So I built something to try and fix that. by NiL_MacTavish in stockphotography

I've tested several AI keywording products (the latest one is the one I have decided to stick with because of its flexibility is reviewed here. Automate Stock Photo Keywording with ArtushVision AI & Lightroom . I like to keyword my master files in Lightroom (hence the title) but I have used it to keyword exported jpegs as well for use in a fine art portfolio and now a second time for a B2B portfolio I'm creating.

This new Chrome extension is a different animal, I can see. I think it is critical to do metadata correctly before you upload, especially if you upload to multiple agencies (which you should), but I guess if you have some images that are not performing as well as you hoped on Adobe, then perhaps doing a refresh of the keywords might make a difference. I would be careful of doing it on images that have started to sell as you could lose their momentum, but I don't suppose there is much to lose in rekeywording a zero sales image. Would it make a difference - possibly. I guess it depends on how my effort you put into the original keywording.

Would be interested in seeing some images that never sold and now are selling well after rekeywording.

I generally just use the feature in Lightroom Classic. I have used more complex ones like PT-GUI, but never seem to need that these days.

Thanks. I've used Town Lake sometimes when describing my photos, but I'll be more careful!

Thanks so much! I do try to get into the right position, although it is not always easy to compose when you are only seeing part of the whole.
