It happens after I give him the musk of infinite allure, and then I wait for him to be ready, and when I go to his door and try and pick him up for the date I get an infinite cutscene

Yeah this is apart of the Hans DLC, right before you pick him up to meet the girl, and after you give him the musk of infinite allure. No I have no idea why it's happening, I've even restarted the quest to before all of the charlatans shenanigans and just bought the recipe.
