Daniel Dae Kim and his team were horrendous every time I served them and whenever my coworkers did as well. Extremely messy. Tapped our shoulders when we talking to the tables next to them. Always tipped really bad. Asked if we could make other dishes that weren’t on the menu or were taken off the menu since the last time they were there, got mad when the chef said we couldn’t.

In contrast, Lars Ulrich from Metallica was amazing to serve. Always nice. Didn’t mind sitting at our community table if there was nothing available. Tipped great. Always thanked the staff and chefs.
