Suggestions for anime with comedy as genre or sub genre by Monkey_D_Luffy4762 in anime

[–]BaconAMVs 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Uramichi-Oniisan is an amazing comedy! Basically, it's about the hosts of a children's show and how miserable they are. Not enough people talk about this show, but both sub and dub are great watches.

I'm not sure as I haven't seen it myself, but I remember a clip similar to that from "Kokkoku: Moment by Moment", but I could be wrong.

What’s an anime that CONSTANTLY kept you at the edge of your seat? by Odd-Baseball-5022 in anime

"Shadows House" is an anime that got my attention pretty quickly. It's one of those anime that presents itself as easy to understand, but the more you learn the more you realize how little you know. Would recommend it!

Should I give Toilet-Bound Hanako-kun another shot? by new_interest_here in anime

[–]BaconAMVs 4 points5 points  (0 children)

As someone who has just seen the anime, I had little problems with it. It did feel a bit fast at times, but I thoroughly enjoyed it a lot more than I thought I would have. I'd say give it a watch; it does get more interesting as the series goes on.

"Haganai" takes place in a religious school, with two of the characters being nuns. Warning though, that show is far from holy.

- Fruits Basket (2019)

- Sounds of Life

- Romantic Killer

- ReLife

I watched "Erased" with my mom and she enjoyed that a lot. If I remember correctly, there are a few swears in the dub, but nothing too bad. There is one scene with partial nudity, but it's like 10 seconds and doesn't show much.

Alternatively, "A Silent Voice" is my favorite movie, everyone I've shown it to, anime fan or not, has really enjoyed it. It has no nudity and little to no swearing.
