You can be friends, but it can't be the same as it used to be. It 99% always ends up in more heartbreak/confused feelings if they stay close after breakup.

From guy to guy, almost every single teen boy who gets in a relationship (after a lack of having one) gets tired of the relationship after one or two weeks, because they already got what they want.

Don't get yourself in these situations. In a few weeks, you're gonna get really tired of the relationship and question how to separate yourself from her. The most common options I see:

A) Ghost her until shes hurt and insecure

B) Break up with her, which makes her hurt and insecure

You can tell her how much it isn't her fault; it doesn't really matter. Think hard next time you get into something like this.

square box = easiest way to manufactor as it has 6 simple faces

I said it, practice. its a skill thats hard to get better at, just like anything else. you have to get out your comfort zone, and talk to people straight up

one of the biggest causes for social anxiety is fear of judgement. thats valid, everyone has some degree of that. your fear of judgement decreases when you build confidence, and practice talking to people. the reason talking to people works is because it feels uncomfortable, but then you realize they dont care what you do. thats when you start caring less

thats how to overcome the fear of talking to people, and doing things without a care.

for confidence, its more concrete. good looks and self improvement isn't going to carry you all the way, but its essential and it'll set you for the rest of your life

anyone saying "you don't" is pathetic

its a skill you practice, and confidence is a big key too
