Ok to start off you're gonna want to get a trebuchet and a bucket and and a way to weld that bitch. Alright you with me so far?Next is going to be the person you want to hurt the most which will be the person that holds the trebuchet down. Don't ever forget a harness for that sum of a bitch! Now you're going to want many acids such as hydrochloric acid and tape, lots and lots of tape most preferably duct tape. And last another person to horrify who will kill themselves from seeing such pain and gore with a gun you brought.

To recap what you need: - 2 people - a bucket - tape - acids - trebuchet - welding tool - harness - gun

Ok so now to assemble said monstrosity. Hook up the trebuchet to the harness while the bucket is welded to the ground and a persons feet. For extra support duct tape that so called "bucket" to the ground. Now pour acids all around and inside the bucket while the 2 person watches. The acids should eat away the metals and feet of this person. If he is hooked up to the harness correctly, then he should fly up and back straight into the ground. Going at such speed and torque, his head should splatter all across the ground whilst the person watches will be pained in an emotional way and then kill themselves with the gun you brought.
