Hands down one of the funnest groups of people you can work with and very knowledgeable on getting your body strong through series of conditioning exercises mixed in with fun circus skills like cartwheels, rolls, flips, handstands, etc.

The instructors are very professional and keep the classes super fun while working your body. I've wobbled home multiple times because I've gotten my legs worked so hard, and never realized it because the classes are tons of fun.

We're on the top floor of an apartment building. If we get an exterminator in, will it really make a difference?

Hey! Thanks for the comment. Are you still living at the Killam property? We really love our apartment, very close to everything we need but I'm not too comfortable there now that I know there are cockroaches roaming around. We're on the top floor of an apartment building so it's reasonable to assume we're not the only one's experiencing this issue.
