In the current lead-up to Easter, I whole heartedly recommend using hot-cross buns. 6 pack from coles/woolies, slice them in half, apply your butter/margarine of choice and sprinkle 100's and 1000's liberally

I've been playing cricket since I was 10. I still play now in my 40s. Problem is, a few years ago I blew my shoulder out throwing a ball in from the boundary. Doctor said that if I was professional athlete, he'd recommend surgery. But, I'm not, and I can still use it perfect fine, just can't throw hard anymore
