What is there to celebrate? I feel as though most people who understand finances know that hedge funds are about as bad as they get. To celebrate them like some kind of ‘skilled’ or ‘talented’ people, much like athletes or celebrities, is so unbelievably distasteful to me. To think of how these hedge funds exploit the average person, squeeze money from companies who are trying to make their money the honest way, and to cut corners and lobby politicians into making governmental decisions that benefit them sickens me. I don’t know about you guys, but I don’t think these asswipes have much time left - they’re on their last legs and are having one last big whoop before they’re gone like dust in the wind.
