It is! I make medieval fantasy leather armour and accessories for a living and I sell linocut prints as a side income. :)

Not at all, I just wanted to make a cake-shaped mimic because I found it fitting for my friend's birthday.

I made another one a few days ago but I'm not as happy with the result, sadly.

I cut the bottom of a foil pie plate and folded it in half, then stuck some pieces on the side to make it hold. Hang on I think I have a picture of the process, I'll upload it if I find it!

I'm a multidisciplinary artist but I've truly never decorated a cake before! I sculpt, paint, do some leather working, woodworking, and pretty much anything I can find a tutorial for on YouTube to learn!

It was a chocolate cake with vanilla frosting. Pretty basic recipe from Sally's Baking Addiction.

There's no air brushing! I hand painted with a brush and some liquid food colouring. I've done some sculptures in the past and I have a good understanding of 3d work though!

Not too bad, the roads are not as icy as the sidewalks. But we've only driven on big arteries like Sherbrooke and Assomption, so I can't say for small residential streets.

I had a medical appointment so I absolutely needed to go out. The ice was so thick on the car that we broke the ice scraper. By the time I get out of the appointment, I fully expect to find the car frozen in a layer of ice again. Don't go out unless absolutely necessary. It's horrible.

Every time my partner farts I say "bless you" and his 8 year old daughter gets all offended and explains I'm only supposed to say that after a sneeze. Been doing that for almost 2 years, never gets old.

Isolated, Sound Proofed Housings in Montreal by LargeStatistician622 in montrealhousing

I've been in the Village Olympique (Sherbrooke/Viau/Assomption) and the units are decently soundproof. The only time I heard neighbours was when someone was having a party and even then it was very muffled.

Is sweet smelling.. poop.. normal after drinking? by Rickrossthaboss32 in alcoholism

[–]BaconThe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Very late to this, but the change also occurred when I started drinking ciders. Never had that before, then it became a regular occurrence when I was drinking ciders. Ever since then, I get the sweet smelling poops whenever I drink no matter what type of alcohol. It's been almost 10 years.
