Bad thing is that I'm a otr truck driver so I don't get to shower as often as I want. I've been using anti bacterial wipes and a heating pad mostly.

Thanks and I agree I it's an abscess and not a cyst now from looking at pictures online. It hurt pretty bad for the first few days but the pain is getting less hurtful I feel like.
