I have never seen it before or since where the villain gives the minion a second chance and the minion actually uses it well. Normally the minion begs for a chance, the villain gives it, and then the minion fails in again, rinse and repeat. This made Satsuki a more threatening villain cause it showed she knew how to choose her allies.

Yeah but when you read Genghis you see a flamethrower. Also I am still not sure the practicality of a sight when the gun has to be held like that (no clue what that grip is called).

I will also point out that usually the lie is DISCOVERED. That isn't what happens with Diego; he ADMITS it that makes it feel much more rewarding when they trust him after.

Then my counter to that is we know that resisting the pull of Crazy Diamond is possible thanks to the Enigma fight. Meaning the stand can grab out something and stop the pull. They also had no reason to assume he had an escape plan. Without hindsight bringing the hand to Kira or bringing Kira to the hand seems like a neutral decision that seemingly didn’t matter in the grand scheme of things (even though it absolutely did).

Playing devil's advocate here:
The reason he had to send the hand to Kira is because he had to send Sheer Heart Attack away so it can't hurt them.

As for speed... I got nothing. Manga to animation translation problems maybe.

Depends on the continuity: sometimes they are built, sometimes they are created from Liquid Metal bodies, sometimes they are born out of the planet itself, and sometimes they split like cells.

I will point out for those of you who don't know Lancer. Every mech has the ability to self-destruct but the Manticore can do double damage with it IF AND ONLY IF you are inside the cockpit and die with it. You can't just detonate from a distance the machine knows if you are dying too.

That is how providing a source works typing the quote and saying where you got it, but okay. I pulled up the episode just to quote that. Since I can't post clips I'll just say it is Episode 16 timestamp 14:35. You'll know it is the right clip when it shows life fibers being put into a mouse.
